Email & Collaboration Security
Attackers still love email — and increasingly abuse Teams and shared links. I harden Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint so that collaboration stays smooth while risk goes down and important messages actually reach the inbox.
Practical email security & deliverability
Email security is one of the things I do a lot. In today’s landscape you can’t rely on spam filters alone — you need properly configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, plus sane policies behind them. I don’t just work with Microsoft 365: I also fix deliverability for Google Workspace, automated senders like SendGrid, MailChimp and similar platforms, and a mix of DNS providers including GoDaddy, Route 53, Cloudflare, Wix, and others.
If your invoices, quotes, or password reset emails are landing in spam, I’m the person to call. I trace the full mail flow, fix broken authentication, and tune policies so legitimate mail is trusted — without opening the door to spoofing.
Exchange Online security
- Anti-phishing, anti-spam, and anti-malware policy tuning.
- Safe Links and Safe Attachments configuration.
- Impersonation protection and high-risk sender controls.
- Mail flow rules for sensitive scenarios (forwarding, auto-replies, external domains).
Brand & domain protection
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment across all senders.
- Monitoring and reporting to catch spoof attempts early.
- Guidance for third-party senders and marketing platforms.
- Clear documentation of DNS changes and mail flow diagrams.
Outcome
You end up with a mail environment that’s harder to abuse, easier to monitor, and far more reliable for day-to-day business communications — both inside and outside your organization.
